MissionWhy we work

Creating the Future
with the Workforce
There are countless professions in the world, and many people spend their days engaged in work. In most cases, work involves collaborating with colleagues and partners inside and outside an organization, combining individual knowledge and skills to achieve shared goals and create new value for society.
Work environments are never the same for everyone.
Some people work in healthcare settings, others in food factories, offices, or outdoor environments—each under different conditions. There are many tools to help raise motivation at work, and we support people in their work by providing professional wear and related services. However, we believe our role goes beyond simply supplying products or services.
What We Aim For
Since our founding in 1978 in Fukuoka, Japan, we have been privileged to work with customers across the country, supported by their continued trust and patronage.
As the range of people and regions we engage with has expanded, our goal as a company has become clear: to understand the aspirations, roles, and environments of those we serve, and through our services, to enhance the motivation of each individual working on the front lines while strengthening connections with collaborating partners. Through the accumulation of these efforts, we strive to contribute to the achievement of our customers’ goals.
By bringing together the power of each individual at work and supporting progress toward the futures they envision, we hope to play a role in creating a better future and contributing to Japan’s society.
To achieve this, we remain grounded in the sincere attitude we have cultivated through close engagement with real workplaces. Working hand in hand with our partners, we will responsibly shape new methods and systems that can be passed on to the next generation.

ValuesWhat we value
- Valuing PeopleWe value our customers, business partners, colleagues, and everyone we work with.
As technology evolves, business practices have changed dramatically, and goods and services are now exchanged without people ever seeing one another. Even in such times, we do not forget the fundamentals of business. We remain attentive to our customers’ feelings and strive to provide the most appropriate products and services. Our work depends on many people—manufacturers who produce goods, technicians who process them, retail staff who sell them, and logistics partners who deliver them. While some processes are automated through technology, it is people who design and operate those systems. Business practices may change, but the importance of valuing the people who support them must never change. With this belief, we commit ourselves to valuing everyone involved in our work, in every era.
Likewise, the quality of our services is shaped by the people who work at our company. By respecting diverse generations, values, and perspectives, and believing in each person’s unlimited potential, we continue to grow with a spirit of improvement and deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Valuing Communities and the EnvironmentWe value local communities and the environment just as much as we value people.
At a time when climate change and extreme weather are pressing global concerns, it is no longer acceptable to pursue organizational growth alone. Companies are expected to grow in ways that also benefit local communities. We aim for management that improves both organizational strength and environmental well-being. In the Chikuho area of Fukuoka, where we are based, declining birthrates and an aging population have reduced the local workforce. Supporting regional communities depends on the people who work there. Through our business, we seek to contribute to human resource development and job creation, thereby supporting the sustainable development of local society.
- Evolving with the TimesWe continue to evolve in step with changing times.
The impact of COVID-19 accelerated changes that were once expected decades in the future. Technologies and knowledge that were once effective can quickly become outdated. In such a rapidly changing environment, while preserving our core values and principles, we must accurately read change, adapt swiftly, and provide products and services based on best practices for each situation. We value an attitude of sensing change and evolving ourselves accordingly.
- Learning from Failure and Taking on ChallengesWe see failure as an opportunity to learn and challenge ourselves for growth.
In today’s rapidly changing, VUCA world, there is no single absolute answer. Remaining unchanged means falling behind. We must continue to act, moving forward while responding to circumstances. At times, our actions may lead to situations that appear to be failures. Even then, in order to deliver quality services, we learn from those experiences, discover seeds of growth, and continue challenging ourselves—both as individuals and as an organization.
- Creating with the Customer in MindWe place importance on creating products and services that truly resonate with customers.
In periods of rapid economic growth, many customers shared similar needs, and mass production balanced supply and demand. Today, needs are diverse—so diverse that it is no exaggeration to say each person has unique expectations. Uniform products and services are no longer sufficient. We believe that by adopting design-thinking approaches—starting from customer experience—we can identify and solve challenges in existing offerings and deliver services that meet customers’ true needs.
“Capturing the customer’s heart.”
Guided by this principle, we act with the intention of creating products and services that truly resonate.
- Respecting Diversity and Co-CreatingWe respect diverse values and co-create meaningful products and services together.
As society changes and technology advances, values have become increasingly diverse. With the global emphasis on the SDGs, we now live in an era where people must work together to build a sustainable future. What we hold dear is respecting the values each person has cultivated throughout their life. Beyond differences of generation or gender, we seek to join hands, pursue shared goals, and co-create products and services that hold social value.
